About This Event
The global television phenomenon comes to the West End stage. The Traitors – Acts of Betrayal, the world premiere stage adaptation from Studio Lambert and Neal Street Productions, begins previews at the Gillian Lynne Theatre on 11 May 2027, with an official opening night on 8 June 2027.
Written by John Finnemore (Cabin Pressure, Good Omens) and directed by Robert Hastie (Operation Mincemeat, Standing at the Sky’s Edge), the show is a cycle of five brand new plays — and does something television cannot. It answers the question: who would have won if different players had been chosen to be the Traitors? From Monday to Friday the story begins identically but ends in five different ways, each a complete drama in its own right. On Saturdays the audience takes control, deciding in real time who wears the cloak — so the matinee crowd may see one outcome and the evening audience quite another.
A world of paranoia, betrayal and shifting alliances, it is a dramatic exploration of the sliding doors of fate, where nothing is certain and no one is safe.
From 8 June: Monday–Saturday 19:30, with Thursday and Saturday matinees at 14:30 (performance times vary 11 May–7 June). Tickets from £25. Book at thetraitorsonstage.com.
