The Archives of both Houses of Parliament are stored in the Victoria Tower, at the south end of the Palace of Westminster. In preparation for a new project, to digitise the Stone photographs collection (a late 19th century photographic survey of the Palace) the Archives Digitisation team visited the Victoria Tower roof on a number of occasions in November and December 2015, to photograph the current Parliamentary Estate and London. While they were up there, this rain storm passed over London.

What an amazing video!
