To celebrate the upcoming Royal Wedding, Podium Restaurant at the London Hilton on Park Lane has created a limited edition Sapphire Afternoon Tea. Taking inspiration from the sapphire engagement ring presented to Kate Middleton by Prince William, the Tea includes references to the cool colour of this precious gem via ingredients and decorations throughout. It’s available from 26 April to 1 May 2011 inclusive, priced at £32/person (£40 with a glass of Champagne) from 2-6 pm daily. To book, please call (020) 7208 4022 or visit www.podiumrestaurant.com

We’ve stayed at the Hilton Park Lane, so I can definitely vouch for its awesomeness. If I was in town during the Royal Wedding, I’d definitely be doing this!
