The world of renting property can sometimes seem like an insurmountable mountain, an impenetrable vine jungle, a drought inducing dry piece of cake, a… you get the picture. Renting can be difficult. There’s lots of stuff that you have to know and if you haven’t got a budding property developer in the house, it can sometimes seem like you’re never going to get it right and end up paying way too much for a sub-par flat or apartment. I’ve recently been in the situation where I had to rent my first flat after university and I was swamped with information. I couldn’t make sense of any of it – luckily I have a family member who knows about this stuff, but if I didn’t have him I would have been stuck. If you’re not as fortunate as me then I found this handy e-book online that’s free and will help anyone out who’s heading into the world of renting.
This e-book is great as it is filled to the brim with helpful information and to demonstrate what is held within, let me take you through the contents page. The book deals with the following aspects of renting: Advantage of Renting; Questions and Costs; Who to Rent Through; Things to Consider; Legal Procedures; Moving In; plus it takes you through a service called Rent Smart. A lot of information in the handbook you might not have known that you needed to know it. For example without this book would you have considered legal procedures? I didn’t when I was renting.
I can’t recommend this book enough. If you are even a little stuck or confused, then you can’t go wrong by picking this book up. Even if you’re fairly confident with your renting knowledge, still give it a read, just in case.
