Top 5 beauty procedures for the summer of 2022

Summer will be here before you know it, and given the pandemic has kept us indoors for so long, it’s sure to be one of the best beach parties we have ever seen. It is time to finally start to enjoy going outside and showing some skin. Getting ‘summer ready’ is suddenly a high priority. As they say “summer bodies are made in winter”… or spring. In fact, spring is one of the busiest times of the year and one of the most popular plastic surgery procedures to get ready for summer is breast enhancement.

Below you will find some of the most common plastic procedures for a summer body that will make you look your absolute best while lounging under a palm tree, snuggling up at a beach bonfire, or catching some gnarly waves.

Anti-hair loss Treatments

No one can deny that a bad hair day can ruin all your plans. For most people, this can be resolved by making an appointment at a salon and changing their hairstyle. But what about those who confront daily hair loss? Gradual hair loss can be accentuated with ageing and accelerated with hormonal changes such as menopause.

Both men and women can benefit from kerastem stem cell hair loss treatment. A technique based on the transfer of your own natural fat and regenerative stem cells, kerastem advanced hair therapy is subtle and discreet, yet has faster results than a conventional hair transplant. Your hair will look thicker, fuller, with a couple of discrete scars.

Dermal Fillers

Even laughter lines are not a laughing matter if you want your skin to be wrinkle-free. Dermal fillers contain Hyaluronic acid – the ingredient that adds fullness to areas that have thinned due to ageing. This thinning is common in the cheeks, lips, and around the mouth.

There are many different brands of fillers within each category, and the products vary in how they should be used. An educated and expert doctor will be able to explain the ideal treatment plan for you but know that the most natural-looking results may require more than one type of filler.

Stem Cells Face Lift

There is no secret that stem cells gained huge popularity in minimally invasive treatments. Fat transfer and enriched stem cells may be used to add volume to some areas of the face (temples, cheeks), but more often than not the stem cell component of fat transfer is used to enhance skin quality, soften creases and wrinkles and enhance the luminosity of the skin.

The treatment harvests less a small volume of fat from the patient’s belly, hip or thigh, prepares and purifies the stem cells then reinjects the concentrated stem cells into the face, neck, hands, scars, and scalp. Anywhere where there is a volume deficit or the need to restore suppleness and enhance skin quality.

Breast Enhancement

One of the most popular plastic surgery procedures to get ready for summer is breast enhancement. And with the capacity for providing patients with a full, sensual bikini top, why wouldn’t it be?

Breast augmentation can give you a more shapely figure than you’ve ever had or restore volume lost as a result of pregnancy and breastfeeding. For many women, it’s a way to feel more confident about their figure by enhancing breast size, shape, and fullness.

Tummy Tuck

You’ve put so much effort into keeping a healthy lifestyle, eating clean, and exercising and the results are showing! However, the abdomen can be one of the most troublesome areas for men and women. A flat, toned stomach can be very difficult to achieve, even with the most dedicated diet and exercise.

Abdominoplasty is also known as a ‘tummy tuck’ – a procedure to improve the look of the midsection by removing excess skin and fat while tightening underlying abdominal muscles.

Dr Rozina Ali is an internationally renowned plastic surgeon with years of experience in reconstructive surgery and aesthetics. If you’re looking for advice to help you determine which procedure is the best option to get you aesthetically confident, take the time, do your research and book a personal consultation with Rozina Ali, at her private clinic in London.
