How to Look Phenomenal Without Breaking Your Budget

Aug 22, 2020 By Jonathan

Many women believe that it’s simply impossible to look great without spending big on expensive accessories and cosmetic products. The credit goes to all those expensive fashion and beauty bloggers who encourage women to overspend on bags, shoes, make up, and more. You need to know that looking gorgeous doesn’t have to mean shelling out thousands of dollars on expensive pieces.

With all the expensive fashion accessories and an extensive range of beauty items available on the market, it could be quite overwhelming to make the best choices at a reasonable price. Read on for some top tips for looking phenomenal on a budget.

Choose the Best Fabrics

Some types of fabrics are sold at a higher price than others. Some are bulky, while others seem quite light. Some fabrics come with a reasonable price tag. The best clothing material will vary from person to person. Some like to keep it minimal, while others prefer a heavy and luxurious fabric.

Just because the fabric is available at an affordable price doesn’t mean its quality isn’t good. Take Rayon and Nylon, for example, which are affordable yet high-quality. Regardless, it is always best to spend a few extra bucks and invest in a high-quality and durable material that looks stunning on all body types. Your best option is the fabric that looks good on you.

Put on a Leather Jacket

If you’re looking for a timeless piece of clothing, then you can’t go past a leather jacket as a perfect option. It can help you style all kinds of modern outfits seamlessly. Of course, you don’t have to break your budget by spending big on a genuine leather jacket. The quality faux leather will do, and this will satisfy vegan ethics too!

A cropped jacket can be styled with almost any type of outfits. You could pair them with a skirt or skinny jeans – whatever suits you.  The best part is you will look phenomenal in a leather black jacket no matter what you pair it with. Thus, with one investment you’ll have a piece that will last you a long time.

Go All Black

Since it is a neutral colour, black blends well with every accessory and outfit. A black cropped top paired with the skinny jeans or shorts will always look effortlessly cool. However, if you want to look phenomenal, then try head-to-toe black!

This style never goes out of fashion. To create a fantastic all-black look, throw on a black shirt and pair it with a leather jacket and jeans. Rest assured that the colour will look fabulous on all skin tones. Whether you are attending a corporate meeting or a casual party with your buddies, get ready to draw everyone’s attention with this “All Black” look.

Wear Lipstick

Nowadays, it is hard to see women without makeup. There’s nothing wrong with enhancing your features with some cosmetic products. However, applying several layers of makeup on a regular basis can be a little expensive, not to mention damaging to your skin. Tons of makeup products are available online. Concealer, eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, highlighter, blusher, and foundation are some typical makeup products that almost every woman has in her closet.

Fortunately, you don’t need all of them. As long as you know which lipstick shade goes well with your outfit and accessories, you are good to go. In fact, a perfect lipstick shade is all you need to get ready for any event. So, instead of spending thousands of dollars on loads of cosmetic items, why don’t you buy a few trending lipstick shades? Believe it or not, that’s all you need to create a phenomenal look.

Choose the Best Accessories

Your accessories matter more than your outfit. With the right accessories, you can make a casual dress look expensive. You need to know which bag, sunglasses, watch, jewellery, and a pair of shoes will pair well with your outfit. You don’t have to completely match all items: it is fine if your shoes or handbag does not match the colour of your outfit.

In fact, any outfit that is too matchy-matchy looks pretty dated. Nor do you need a large number of accessories. You only need a pair of sunglasses worth $10-$15 to style any outfit. If you are looking for an even better option, then add a classic item like used Cartier watches to your accessory kit.

The Right Pair of Jeans

Not every girl has a wardrobe full of gorgeous and ridiculously expensive dresses. However, most of them have at least one cool and comfortable pair of jeans that go well with everything. In fact, most women put on a stylish pair of jeans when they don’t know the dress code. If you have trouble selecting the best outfit for an event, wear a stylish pair of jeans. You can never go wrong with that.

Sure, a designer piece of clothing is all you need to look stunning. However, that is not necessary. Women need to know that it’s absolutely possible to look fantastic without breaking the bank.
