  1. I went on the London Eye for the first time in 2001. I really enjoyed it as there was a guide in every pod. However, two years ago I went back to London with friends. The nice photos we used to have taken were no longer available (our pod was shot against a green screen and then superimposed on a template of the pod), and there are no longer guides in the pods to point out the various areas of interest. After telling my friends how wonderful it was, I was VERY disappointed. The picture we had taken this time was horrible (nothing like the posed one I got in 2001), and not having a guide to show you where things were was the pits. I will never spend that much money on The London Eye again.
