London Gets a Beautiful New Public Space in Front of King’s Cross Station

The King’s Cross / St Pancras Area has been under redevelopment for years. One of London’s biggest eyesores was an ugly green ‘shed’ that was built in front of King’s Cross in the 1960’s, which ruined the Victorian architecture of the station. It looked ugly and quickly became run down. Commuters hated it.

So, as part of a multi-million Pound renovation of the station, the shed was demolished and a beautiful new public square was unveiled yesterday. You can now admire the beauty of the train station, gather with friends and enjoy a better transport experience.
